COVID-19 & your time with us
Last Updated: 14/09/20
After a long period closed, there’s a feeling of cautious optimism in the air as the Scottish Government give clarity on when parts of our business may open safely again.
While we are positive about the future and look forward to welcoming you back, our number one priority is the health & wellbeing of you, our team and the wider community so please rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to operate as responsibly and safely as possible.
The information below will be constantly monitored as we seek to follow best advice from the Scottish Government and the Scottish Tourism industry – but as always if you have any questions about your time with us please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Safe play is critically important to everyone. Our team-members are trained in COVID-19 best practice and we strive to maintain a very safe and secure environment. New procedures for players are clearly noted on the course in appropriate places, and we ask that all players please review Scottish Golf’s guidance before playing. Please Pay & Play online.
We are taking bookings again, and should anything change a full refund will be given as per our Direct Booking Promise.
All of our lodges are private, secluded and with good spacing between each lodge. Since starting RiverBeds we have offered self-service check-in/out so there’s total privacy and this is what people love about our lodges.
Our cleaning procedures, while best-in-class before, have been completely overhauled in response to COVID-19 and our team take your safety really seriously. Our hope is that you can be completely “self-contained” during your stay with us, and so gourmet meals will be pre-arranged and delivered to your lodge.
Our lodges are the perfect place to hide away from all that’s happening, reconnect and relax.
Following the new guidelines that came into effect on Monday the 14th of September, we can only accept a maximum of 2 separate households per Activity– we apologize for any issues this might cause. This means if you’re coming to visit us, looking to enjoy our range of on-site Activities but are a group larger than 2 households we won’t be able to take your entire group on the same tour, equally we have limited availability on all our tours. We have increased our Safety measures within our offices, ensuring Staff are continuing to use masks & gloves where appropriate. Here at Glencoe Activities want to accommodate everyone that comes to visit us and would ask to always call us to check tour availability as we will strive to fulfil your booking”
We have now put safety measures in place to allow some activities to resume.
