FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Check in is available from 15:00PM on the day you arrive, you may request an early check in at the time of booking.  We will then make a note of this on your booking and do our utmost to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee it will be available.

Please be ready to leave the room by 11:00AM, late check outs can be requested with Reception on check in.

We would be pleased to store your luggage free of charge during your stay at the RiverBeds.

You collect your lodge key from Reception in The Clubhouse, which is open from 09:00AM – 17:00PM. If you’re planning on checking in later than the Reception opening hours, your key will be in a small brown envelope with your name on it, hanging up on the wall in the Reception Corridor. If you any further help, just call 01855 413 006.

The whole estate has complimentary wi-fi for your convenience.

All lodges have a miniature fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a hairdryer.

We can supply you with an iron and ironing board on request.

Four legged friends are very welcome at RiverBeds and we strive to make their stay as memorable at their owners! We’ll always make every effort to ensure your pooch is pampered! We are happy to provide dog towels, bowls and poo bags. We do ask for a £10 cleaning fee for each dog that you bring with you.

There is a complimentary continental breakfast in the lodge. This includes : milk, orange juice, coffee, tea, crossiants, bagels, yogurt, and fruit. Or if you prefer, we offer a complimentary hot breakfast in the Cafe. This includes : full scottish breakfast, full vegetarian breakfast, hot filled roll, poached eggs and avocado on toast, scrambled eggs on toast, or a pancake stack.

Breakfast is currently served from 09:00AM – 12:00PM Monday to Friday and from 09:00AM – 12:00PM Saturday & Sunday.

We ask that when you check in or before ordering, please inform a member of our team if you have a food allergy or intolerance.

We ask for full pre-payment at the time of booking.

Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival and a full refund is given. You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

All transactions are in UK sterling.

Unless, you took out the Cancellation Peace of Mind package.

At the time of booking we can accept debit or credit cards over the phone or you can post us a cheque. Once you are at the hotel you can pay by cash, cheque, credit or debit card.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.

Yes.  We have lots of wonderful gift vouchers available offering lodges, activities, and cafe, suitable for all ages and tastes. These are available to purchase online here.

Payment for a booking is processed within 5 – 7 working days of the booking being made.

Yes, we provide free parking for guests and visitors.

The nearest bus station is in North Ballachulish next to Kinlochleven Rd End, which is a 15 minute walk from the RiverBeds. You can check the bus times here. This bus will take you down to Glasgow, or up to Fort William. 

The nearest train station is Bridge of Orchy, which is a 45 minute drive away from the RiverBeds. 

You can smoke outside of your Lodge on the decking, and outside of the Cafe on the decking.
